The first 2020 release for Bay-C has been buzzing ever since it came out in February 2020. Added to this was an exponential growth in April when the bass voiced dj launched the #MueveloChallenge on his Instagram page. Videos from professional and amateur dancers poured in from Africa, Europe, Latin America and Jamaica. The final winner was DHQ Sparky Diva from Italy.
As the summer and autumn came, the song continued to grow in popularity, landing on several playlists across the Spotify platform. The high point of this was superstar dj and producer Diplo playing the song continually in his set.
In December, the track finally passed one million streams and the steady momentum indicates that it may hit the 2 million mark in 2021.
